A. Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or last piece, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (WAYDA, address, return@wayda.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Rest of the world: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a processing fee of €4 will be charged. Please ensure your customs declaration is correct—unfortunately, we cannot accept returns with outstanding customs duties. Please keep your tracking information in case the package is lost.
Why is there a return fee?
Returns not only have an environmental impact but also incur costs for transportation, processing, and restocking. To ensure a sustainable and fair returns process, we charge a small fee. This covers the following:
Transportation
Returning items incurs additional shipping costs.
Logistics & Processing
Every return must be inspected, documented, and processed by our team.
Restocking
Returned items are carefully inspected and prepared for resale.
With this fee, we aim to encourage more mindful shopping while maintaining fair prices and our usual level of service.

In short:
In case our product does not entirely satisfy your expectations you have up to 14 days (since receipt) to return the product, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
We will refund you as soon as we have received the product(s).
Return of products will be on your own costs or we offer you a Return Label.
We charge a return fee.
Please use a recorded delivery service to make sure your parcel gets back safely without loss. Retain your receipt for postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post - a `proof of posting´ form will not be sufficient.
Please ensure that you keep the product intact, clean and in a perfect state for resale. They should not be worn, used or have suffered even minimum deterioration. Any product which is damaged can neither be refunded or exchanged.
