THE FOUNDATION
PREMIUM COTTON
It all begins with the raw material. Our signature muslin is especially for us in-house woven from 100% premium cotton, chosen for its exceptional softness, breathability, and durability. We work closely with trusted suppliers from the textile industry in Germany. Our fabrics are processed with the utmost respect for the environment. The top priority has always been to keep the material as pure and untreated as possible while ensuring durability. To this end, WAYDA has developed a special thread that enables strength without the use of bleach, silicones or similar artificial additives. The result is a pure, natural textile that develops its beautiful, characteristic crinkle texture over time. Every WAYDA piece is carefully garment dyed and hand-crafted with greatest care for our product.
CRAFTED WITH CARE
A WAYDA piece is the result of dedicated craftsmanship. The WAYDA cloth are dyed in small lots and then individually tailored. We rigorously test our WAYDA cloths for colourfastness. The colour formulations and pigments come from Switzerland. All our products receives it´s distinctive look and finish through the craftsmanship we put into it. We partner with selected manufacturing facilities that share our uncompromising standards and ethical values. By ensuring safe working conditions, fair compensation, and fostering long-term relationships with our makers, we guarantee that every item is produced not just with skill, but with genuine pride.
